Shipping policy

1.How long for shipment?

  • Receiving time = Processing time +Shipping time.
  •  1) Processing time:1-3 Business Days
  •  2) Shipping Time
  • shipping Methods:Standard shipping(7-15 working days) / Expedited Shipping(3-7 woring days)
  • shipping fee:based on country.


  1. We will pack and send your goods within 1-3 working days after we confirmed your payment. For quickly packing and sending, please let us know if you finished the payment.
  2. If the goods we don’t have in stock, which needs to be customized. We will inform you the lead time and the transportation time.
  3. We usually ship by DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, Aramex or EMS. It usually takes 3-15 days to arrive. Air cargo and sea shipping are also optional.
  4. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are the responsibility of shipping service.
  5. We need your shipping information including your name, address and phone number for shipping your parcel.
  6. Tracking number will be shared with you when we got it from the logistics company.


The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries (especially shipping addresses outside USA or UK), bad weather and international couriers.

Normally, the order will be shipped from our Warehouses which are located in China.

This will be an overseas shipping package, and the tracking number will be no major update changes in the first week, but it Will be updated quickly later. make sure you know this before you place an order.

Due to the epidemic, most parcels can be delivered on time, but individual parcel delivery dates may be a few days delayed.

2.Where is my order?

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status or you could browse the website 17track to see the tracking information.

3.Tips for shipping:

1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process.

2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.

3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Ourcool.

4) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country’s facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
